After more than ten of the most rewarding years of my life, I've made the bittersweet decision to retire from coaching and personal training. I'm no longer taking on clients, and I've stepped away from the gym floor.

This was not an easy goodbye. Coaching gave me a purpose I never expected to find, and watching people discover their own strength has been one of the great joys of my life. But a door has opened to something bigger in my career, and after a lot of heart, I've decided to walk through it.

To every client who trusted me with their setbacks, their comebacks, and their first shaky rep: thank you. You changed my life every bit as much as I hoped to change yours. I'm endlessly proud of you, and I have no doubt you'll keep getting stronger, with or without me in the room.
