Hi, I'm Heather

(Swear for short!)

In my early 20s, I weighed over 230 lbs and felt completely lost. At my heaviest, I was living in a house without running water. But I still managed to lose 65 lbs by asking myself one question: What would an athlete do if they had to start all over?

That question changed my life. I taught myself the basics, became a powerlifter, and have spent the last 10+ years helping others find that same fire.

I specialize in strength training, mobility, and helping people move without pain. My coaching style is gentle but firm. I'll push you, but I'll always have your back.

I believe every person has a stronger version of themselves waiting to come out. I'm here to help you find it.

1Do I need gym experience to work with you?

Nope! I work with complete beginners and experienced lifters alike. We'll start wherever you are.

2What's the difference between online and hybrid coaching?

Online coaching is 100% remote with check-ins via the app, plus Google Meet calls as needed. Hybrid adds one in-person session per month at my studio in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

3What happens on a discovery call?

We chat about your goals, training history, and what's getting in your way. Then I'll recommend the best option for you.

4I have pain or injuries. Can you still help?

Yes. I specialize in mobility and corrective movement. Many clients come to me specifically to fix pain and move better. Note: I'm not a physical therapist, but I can work alongside your healthcare providers to support your training.

5How is your coaching different from other trainers?

I focus on fixing technique first, not just pushing you harder. You'll get stronger and move better, not one at the expense of the other.
